TNT decided to start a points program in the form of a club where frequent users could earn points when they used TNT’s services and redeem those points for gifts. The task of starting the club and making the web site for it was given to DMG (www.dmgmedia.com) in Shanghai.
I was hired to work as the Creative Director for this project, since they didn’t have an in-house CD for interactive media. This meant heading the creative team, organising workshops and attending client meetings to present our designs. I also made the design that was selected for the web site, which was produced by an external web production house.
